Children

We have two goals for your children on Sunday mornings:

1) Learn to Worship God as a family

We encourage families to attend public worship services together.  Part-way through the worship service, we dismiss children, ages 3 - second grade for CHILDREN'S WORSHIP, where they will learn more about how to worship God in a more age-appropriate way.

PARENTING IN THE PEW Booklet

We have a booklet that explains why we believe worshipping together as a family is important.  Please ask for one. Because of this commitment, we all need to be patient with our younger children as they learn how to worship with the rest of the family.  It takes time for young children to learn to sit patiently and quietly for 25 minutes. Consequently, our services may be a little noisier and active than other churches where younger children are not present.  We gladly accept this as the price we pay to teach our children to love and worship God.

2)  Connect with other adults and children who care about Jesus

We want your child to feel at home with other caring adults and children.  Kid's Connection Classes are offered every Sunday.  In class, each child will have a 'shepherd' - an adult who will know them, care for them, guide them, and teach them to love Jesus as He first loved them.
