Winter Retreat 2026

Sign up today for our annual Student Ministry Winter Retreat on February 20-22! This year our theme is Frequency, and we will be taking a look at how we can tune in to discern, love, and obey the voice of God.

We'll be at an Airbnb in Westfield, IN with room for all of us. We'll meet at the church on Friday, Feb. 20 at 5:00pm to pack up and pray before heading out. On Sunday we will arrive at the church in time to attend the 11:00am worship service as a group, after which parents can pick up students to take them home.

Cost for Friday through Sunday is $165. This includes lodging, all our meals (Friday dinner through Sunday breakfast), housing, and Activate on Saturday.

Discounts & Scholarships:

• If this is a student's first retreat: Select "First Time Student" for a discount.
• If you're sending more than one student for Friday-Sunday: Use code FAMILY when paying for a discount per student.
• If cost is the only thing keeping you back please email Brad for scholarship info! We will make sure your student can attend.

Each student needs a Winter Retreat Medical Release Form and an Activate Waiver signed before February 20. Links to these forms will also be sent with your confirmation email.
